In a past life Max was a creative director who secretly dreamt of becoming a director director. After about a decade of writing spots at agencies such as Jung von Matt, Mother and BBDO in Berlin and New York he eventually got the chance to direct one for a little smoothie company called True Fruits. It went viral and won a few weird pieces of metal including a lion shaped one and pretty soon after he quit his day job at the agency. Since then he's been living the dream,  fathered a couple of kids, gained a bit of weight and lost a lot of pitches. He also won a few for clients like Vodafone, Netflix, The North Face and Haribo and picked up some more of those weird pieces of metal (most of which now live in his mum's guest toilet next to the lion). Oh, his horoscope is Sagittarius.
